These terms describe use of the MORVAIL online store at morvail.com. Please read the information on the relevant product page, at checkout and in our linked information pages before placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must have the legal capacity, or appropriate authorization, to make your purchase. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful material. Keep any account credentials confidential.

Products and information

Review each product's description, options, size or quantity and available directions before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description. Use beauty products according to their labels and warnings; store content is not a substitute for individual medical advice.

Prices, checkout and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless the store explicitly shows a different currency. Review the currency, items, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total at checkout before paying. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Changes to future prices do not by themselves change an already accepted order.

Orders and corrections

An order confirmation records your order details. If an item is unavailable, information needs clarification or an error affects your order, we may contact you using the details you provide. Any cancellation, change or refund must respect applicable law; these terms do not authorize an undisclosed additional charge. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order. A requested change is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Content and third-party rights

Store content may be protected by copyright, trademarks or other rights belonging to MORVAIL or the relevant rights holder. Access to the store does not transfer ownership of those rights. You may use the site for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Do not reproduce protected content for unauthorized commercial use. Third-party names or links do not by themselves imply an endorsement or affiliation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Please do not submit confidential payment details or passwords through a general contact message.

Your consumer rights

Applicable consumer protections remain in effect, including any non-excludable rights relating to product quality, description, delivery and remedies. A return-authorization process or a product's personal-care nature does not remove those rights. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to waive a lawful remedy.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Updates will be posted here with a revised date and any notice required by law. They do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
