Terms of Service
MORVAIL is the online storefront operated by Shenqiu County Yiqibei Department Store. These terms govern use of morvail.com and purchases made through it. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization to purchase. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful material.
2. Products and information
Review the description, selected option, quantity, package contents, images and safety notes before ordering. Screens and lighting can affect color. Styling photographs may show hands, faces, display nails, cosmetics or tools that are not included. This does not remove rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
3. Prices, checkout and payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Review the items, currency, shipping, tax and total before submitting payment. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. An order may require authorization and is not accepted merely because checkout information was entered.
4. Orders and corrections
If an item is unavailable, information needs clarification, or a material error affects an order, we may contact you or cancel the affected order. A paid cancelled order will be refunded to the original method as required. Contact us promptly for a correction; changes may not be possible after processing begins.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Orders are expected to be dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation. A return may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Once a refund is approved, MORVAIL will process it to the original payment method within 5 business days; the payment provider may require additional posting time. Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and an unauthorized return should not be sent.
6. Safe and intended use
Read package directions and warnings. Use cosmetics only on intended areas, use skin-safe products with stencils, and follow separate adhesive, gel or curing instructions for nail art. Small parts must be kept away from children and pets. Stop using a damaged item or one that causes concern.
7. Intellectual property
Store text, layout, logos, graphics and original materials belong to MORVAIL, the store operator or relevant licensors. Access does not transfer ownership. Do not reproduce protected content for unauthorized commercial use.
8. Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer-support or advertising providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms. External links do not mean we control all linked content.
9. Consumer rights and liability
Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an available basis and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Changes and contact
Future revisions will be posted on this page. They do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
