Return & Refund Policy

Start a return or order-quality request by emailing support@morvail.com with the order number, item, reason and clear photographs when relevant.

30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. Contact us before sending anything and describe the item's condition. The item should be returned in the condition required by the written return instructions. Mandatory rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods remain in effect.

Beauty and personal-care items

Tell us whether a seal was opened and whether the item was tried or used. Hygiene and product condition can affect a discretionary return, but they do not remove mandatory remedies for a verified fault or incorrect item. Stop using a product that appears damaged or causes concern.

Return authorization

Wait for written instructions before dispatch. An approved return must be identifiable by the receiving team. Do not send a parcel to a manufacturer, an address on the original shipping label or an unverified business address.

Return shipping

Responsibility for return postage depends on the reason, applicable law and the instructions issued for the order. We do not promise universal free return shipping. If a verified error is ours, the available arrangement will be explained after review.

Refunds, replacements and exchanges

Once a refund is approved, MORVAIL will process it to the original payment method within 5 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time after MORVAIL has processed the refund before the credit appears. If a replacement or exchange is agreed instead, we will explain the next step.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Keep the item, outer packaging and shipping label where practical. Send photos showing the package and affected area. The available remedy depends on the verified circumstances and applicable consumer law.
