The information below reflects the delivery options currently configured for MORVAIL. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order.
Delivery destinations
Our current shipping zone covers the United States. Shipping to Canada and Australia is not currently configured. Please do not assume a destination is available unless checkout offers a delivery option for that address.
Current US delivery options
- Standard: $8 USD, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of $70 USD or more. Listed delivery estimate: 3–5 business days.
- Express: $15 USD. Listed delivery estimate: 1–2 business days.
The options, eligibility, charges and estimated dates displayed at checkout apply to your order. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of a particular arrival date. Listed transit times should not be taken as a separate promise of same-day dispatch; refer to any estimated delivery dates shown for your order.
Order details and delivery updates
Check your address and contact information before submitting an order. If something needs correcting, contact us promptly. A change may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched. Where tracking is provided, use the tracking link in your delivery notification to follow progress.
Delays or missing deliveries
Weather, carrier disruption and other circumstances can affect an estimate. If a delivery appears delayed or tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number and the relevant tracking information. We will address delay, cancellation and refund rights as required by applicable law; an estimate does not remove those rights.
