For product questions

Include the product name and the option you are considering. Tell us which specification, ingredient label, package quantity or image detail you need clarified. We will not invent an answer when a supplier or package check is required.

For order support

Include the order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. For a damaged, incomplete or incorrect item, clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, product and affected area can help us review the request.

Protect your information

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, one-time verification codes or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email or the contact form.

Returns

Contact us before sending a parcel. The return address and conditions are published in our Return & Refund Policy; approval is needed so the receiving team can identify the shipment.
